Shipping Policy

Where we ship. We ship to street addresses in the contiguous United States, Colorado included. We don't ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or outside the US at this time. Need a part somewhere else? Email support@sivadlights.com and we'll see what we can do.

How orders ship. Most parts ship straight from the manufacturer or distributor warehouse. Some ship from our own shelf. An order with parts from more than one place arrives in more than one package, and some large parts ship in several boxes.

When it ships. We place your order with the warehouse within one business day. Once it ships, we email you the carrier and tracking number, and the carrier's tracking page is the best guide to when it arrives: we control the shipment, not the transit, so we don't quote delivery dates. If a warehouse can't ship your part promptly, we email you with the new ship date and you can cancel for a full refund.

Shipping cost. Standard shipping is charged at checkout by order total ($9.95 to $99.95), so you see it before you pay. Oversize and truck-freight items (fuel tanks, bumpers, gooseneck and fifth-wheel hitches, for example) can cost more to ship than the standard rate. For those, we get a freight quote after you order and email it to you before anything ships; you approve the difference or cancel for a full refund, and nothing extra is charged without your approval.

State restrictions. Our shipping area is the contiguous United States, as above. On top of that, some manufacturers don't sell certain parts into California. Those product pages say "Not available to California addresses," and we can't send them there.

Damage or missing parts. Check your delivery when it arrives. Tell us about damage or anything missing within 5 business days, with photos, and keep the packaging. For truck-freight deliveries, note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign.
