Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every order placed on sivadlights.com. Sivad Lights is operated by Sivad Enterprises, LLC, Parker, Colorado.

Prices and orders. Prices are in US dollars. Your order is accepted when it ships. If a price or listing is wrong, or a part is unavailable, we contact you and you can cancel for a full refund.

Shipping, returns and warranty. See our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds and Warranty pages, which are part of these terms.

Fitment. Vehicle fitment comes from manufacturer and distributor data. Check the part number and fitment notes against your vehicle before installing.

Your responsibility for legal use. You are responsible for confirming that a part is legal for your vehicle and for how you use it where you live and drive, including emissions, California Air Resources Board (CARB), state inspection and road-use rules.

Installation. Installation is your responsibility or your installer's. Follow the manufacturer's instructions; some parts need professional installation.

Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
